No matter which trim level you choose — XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, or Limited — you have plenty of options to configure the bed and cab to fit your needs. Each trim builds off of the base XL adding more features and options so you can have the perfect truck for your lifestyle. From retractable side steps, a remote tailgate release function, and a heavy-duty towing package, the F-250 is designed to make hauling supplies to the job site, towing a large boat, or taking the kids to their sports game a breeze.

Each of the three engine options provides plenty of power to get you where you need to go. Starting on the base trim is a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that produces 383 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. Mated to this engine is a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard on the higher trims, and optional on the base is a 7.3-liter V-8 engine that delivers 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. When you need massive torque for pulling a heavy trailer, choose the 6.7-liter V-8 turbocharged diesel Power Stroke engine that gives you 475 horsepower and an amazing 1,050 pound-feet of torque. Mated to the last two engines is a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Rear-wheel drive comes standard on the F-250 with the option for a four-wheel-drivetrain. With the addition of the Tremor Off-Road Package, your truck is ready to tackle rugged off-road trails. The upgraded suspension, larger tires, and locking differentials that come with the off-road package help the truck with traction and stability on wet, muddy, or uneven terrain. The towing capacity varies depending on the powertrain, but when properly equipped, you can tow a massive 22,800 pounds. The maximum payload for the F-250 is 4,260 pounds which is plenty when carrying cargo and passengers.

The F-250 is designed primarily as a work truck, but you'll also find plenty of luxurious features inside of the cabin. You get vinyl or cloth seats on the lower trims and leather upholstery on the upper trims. Heated, ventilated, massaging, and multi-adjustable seats come with the Platinum and Limited trims as well as a heated steering wheel and dual-zone climate control. The Sync 3 infotainment system comes with an 8-inch touch screen and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. Listen to audio through the 10-speaker Band and Olufsen sound system found on the upper four trims. When you choose the Limited trim, you'll get a twin-panel moonroof that allows extra light into the cabin of the truck.
