Once traffic disperses, your Ranger goes back to its original speed and distance behind the vehicle up front.

If you add the FX4 Off-Road Package to your Ranger, you can use Trail Control™, which is a specific off-roading cruise control system. It helps navigate your truck across uneven or rocky surfaces at pre-set speeds between one and 20 MPH. While you steer your vehicle, the system takes over and applies braking or power to any wheel that needs it.
