2. La Tienda Mexicana Las Isabelas

The food is authentic and flavorful and the portions are generous—all at affordable prices.

Try the shrimp or pineapple tacos, along with their homemade chips, salsa, and guacamole.

3. Casa Azul Mexican Kitchen

This locally-owned restaurant offers some pretty yummy specials both for lunch and dinner. They make their sauces from scratch—try their enchiladas with the red sauce!

The dining area is cozy and vibrant, and the staff is very attentive, so bring the whole family for a relaxing time. Vegetarians will love Casa Azul with its extensive menu options. Plan to have leftovers as they don’t skimp on portions.

4. Los Compadres

Locals love this family-owned eatery, which serves fresh ingredients daily. They take their influence from their Mexican heritage, creating authentic, traditional dishes, as well as new items. The salsa bar is very popular with a variety of homemade options, from mild to super spicy.

Try the salsa verde—our personal favorite. Combine that with their beef fajitas or pork tacos, and you’ll be in heaven. They also have a variety of margaritas and other mixed adult beverages.

5. Rancho Viejo Mexican Grill

A cozy, informal restaurant, Rancho Viejo dishes up fine authentic cuisine at affordable prices. Enjoy sitting at the full bar or at the patio while you munch on their homemade guacamole and chips. They have a host of tasty lunch and dinner specials.

We recommend the pollo Yucatán, the burritos tapatios, or, for a lighter option, the taco salad “fajita-style.”
